Return Policy

At Havva Fashion, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and personalized items, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons. We also do not accept returns on sale or clearance items.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at support@havvafashion.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that cancellations can only be accepted before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may still return the item within the specified return period as mentioned above.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
